My Poems - 1990

The Light of Day

The tears fall as the children cry.
Breathing stops as the people die.
People hide their love away
in the deady light of day.

Sweet darness
near Loch Ness
Let's me be
Oh so free
From my deep
Deathlike sleep
Glad the moon
Will shine soon

The tears fall as the children cry.
Breathing stops as the people die.
People hide their love away
in the deady light of day.

Skin turns white
In moon light
What I see
Is beauty
Face so white
Loves tonight
A sweet kiss
In darkness

The tears fall as the children cry.
Breathing stops as the people die.
People hide their love away
in the deady light of day.
